Pretty happy with the functionality here, can actually import directly from Gmail contacts. Although the interface for choosing which contacts to import could be a bit better. This is still just import, not real synch. Bummer, this is becoming a requirement which i might not find anywhere.

 Works very well, brings over data intelligently. The only minus I could find would be the fact that it just presents a big list with check-boxes to add contacts. Would be better with a better ui, way to select groups, some drag and drop or perhaps. or the old double multi-select with add buttons....

  
Contacts from Email (3 out of 5) 
Technically this functionality does not exist in Insightly. The email gadget is good, you can import emails, and it will create an Organization for the sender, but not a contact. This is perhaps to my taste, but it is a design decision. The user would have the extra step of creating a contact for the Org created. This shortcoming is made worse by the fact that there is not "Create new contact for this Organization" function, which could copy the email address, etc.

Ooo the beauty of Linux based proprietary thin clients... One of the best parts is that operating systems get updated, and SRSS doesn't.
